The Pond House provides a luxurious VIP experience and is the perfect get away for family and friends with a view of the quarry pond, your own private entrance to The Badlands, and multiple options for evening entertainment. Daily Rate - $330 + taxes & fees per night
* Sunday through Thursday (2 Night Minimum)
Weekend Rate - $360 + taxes & fees per night
* Friday, Saturday & Holidays (3 Night Minimum)
Extra Person Rate - $35 per person per night + taxes & fees
*Limit of 6 extra people
Payment in full is required to reserve this Vacation Rental.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
At check-in, a $1000 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card to be applied toward any damages incurred to the house during your stay. Deposits are released within 7 business days of cleaning & inspection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Off The Trail Vacation Rentals & Campground has a No Cancellation / No Refund policy.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 10am
* Check-in time could be 6pm if vacation rental property is occupied the night before your arrival.
