Full Job Description:

Off the Trail is seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our growing team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping techniques.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean and well-maintained
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power tools
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds and unwanted plants from gardens and landscaped areas
- Rake leaves, clear debris, and dispose of trash properly
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

 

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping required
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant grouping, and maintenance
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
